She, pianist Lynn Kompass, has played all over the world; he, clarinetist, Karel Donhal, has played all over the world and on Thursday, November 14, at 7:30, both play here in our part of world! Her graduate degree is from the University of Michigan where she studied with Martin Katz, the “gold standard” of accompaniment; his, from the Conservatory of Ostrava in the Czech Republic and the Academy of Performing Art In Prague and is a laureate of international chamber music competitions. Together they will play a program that includes Martinu, Poulenc, and Schumann. You will not want to miss these virtuosos in the warm and intimate setting that is the Carolina Music Museum!
